Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overall HR processes. Experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable. The successful candidate will lead our HR team, develop strategic HR initiatives, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee training, development, and performance management
- Programs-Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hospital policies
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and hospital operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll management
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
